SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES introduces its latest product for the metallization of optical discs featuring the most compact size and user-friendly operation. The new metallizer is the turnkey system with the smallest footprint ever. It has the sputter power supply and all electronics built in. It’s the ideal system for easy integration into all replication lines.
The SINGULUS V is equipped with a newly designed servo-driven handling arm. An attached wireless electronic signal transmission device is available as an option. This wireless transmission principle allows reliable and wear-free control of the handling grippers and sensors.
The new wireless transmission device allows the perfect integration of the TMD 02 inline layer thickness measuring and closed loop sputter control for DVD layers. Since the handling arm continuously rotates in a single direction, every disc can be measured by the TMD.
The SINGULUS V suits for all optical disc metallization of CD, CD-ROM, CD-R, DVD-R and all DVD formats.
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will present the SINGULUS V at the REPLItech Europe in Geneva this June.
