SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES, the world's leading system integrator of optical disc replication equipment, announced today that it will display a so-called Push Button Replication Line, switchable between HD- DVD-ROM and Prerecorded DVD production, at the MEDIA-TECH Expo in Las Vegas, USA, this May. Industry attendees will be introduced to the new SPACELINE II HD replication line which will be shown in operation at the SINGULUS booth.
The SPACELINE II HD for HD-DVD-ROM replication offers the capability of both single and dual layer mass production of high-speed DVD-ROM mass production with one touch operation. The new machine achieves the most cost-efficient disc production and highest product quality and yield available.
A revised SPACELINE II HD system with a newly-designed software package and improved I-Bonding as well as new scanner options assure the replicator a real “Push Button Solution�. The switch from DVD to HD-DVD requires only a stamper change. The new SPACELINE II HD system meets the tight requirements for HD-DVD production. Optional BCA marking is possible.
