Head of Business Unit Customer Service 9 people of my team and I celebrated already our 10th anniversary here at SINGULUS. I began as a commissioning engineer, and eventually became the department manager. Then, I was promoted to Head of Customer Service. We are a team of about 45 people, divided into several sections. As you can see now, we have many years of experience to draw on, and we know from this experience what our customers expect. Each day we do our best to act instead of reacting. Our objective is to anticipate today what our customers will need tomorrow. In addition, we offer full service for HamaTech, Emould and MoldPro.
