Dear customers, SINGULUS Customer Service would like to inform you about the closing of SINGULUS Emould in Würselen.
The EMOULD injection molding machines currently built at Würselen will in future be manufactured by SINGULUS MOLDING AG in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Despite this, EMOULDS` Customer Service will be implemented into Headquarters Business Unit Customer Service.
For you as our customers does this mean, that Emould Spare Parts and Support are going to be covered from the Headquarters Kahl and handled unsurpassed as usual.
At this point of time we are already implementing EMOULD stock to the Headquarters. Please note due to the implementation process of the Emold stock, we expect slight difficulties in delivery in week 49 (03.12.2007 - 07.12.2007).
We ask you already now for your kind understanding and will be ready to receive your orders in Kahl at December, 10th. We will do our best to offer same efficient Service as Emould Würselen.
