Coordinator Field Service Engineers (FSE)
I have worked for SINGULUS since 1999, beginning as a commissioning engineer. In 2007, I became Coordinator of all Field Service Engineers worldwide. These new responsibilities are rewarding, as I now have the opportunity to use my experience in a positive way with my team and especially our customers.
In this position, I am in close contact with our SINGULUS subsidiaries and agencies, addressing their needs and concerns with regard to customer support. In addition, I read all field service reports in order to stay apprised of service issues at customers’ sites and taking action if necessary to ensure their satisfaction.
It is an honour to work with our high-motivated team of service engineers. All of them are well-trained and experienced. They do their best at the customers’ sites and it is their target to finish each service mission in a positive way for our customers.
Our service engineers’ experience and knowledge will help solve any problems with your system. They are also responsible for warranty, repair jobs, preventive maintenance and production support. As a result of these responsibilities, our service engineers spend nearly 90% of their time at customer sites. Besides resolving any technical planning this time helps them build great customer relationships.
