Recycling Program

1. Purchasing Silver Targets first:

Invoice is splitted into two positions:

• Manufacturing cost of Target (constant value)
• Price of Ag-material (according to market price per kg Silver at date of order receipt)

2. Sending sputtered Targets and Masks material back to SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG:

You send back sputtered Targets and Ag-material which you get from mask cleaning on your expenses to SINGULUS, Kahl (attention to V. Elsesser or I. Rüffer).
We arrange for recycling of your sent back Targets and material.  95% of the weight of recycled material will be listed in a weight account list (the 5% are for covering recycling costs). This value can be disposed for later orders.

EXAMPLE:
You purchase 5 pcs. Ag-Targets.
We charge with first position of invoice manufacturing cost for Targets (please request a quote from Target office) and the price for the silver material in second position.
E.g. 1 Target with approx. 4.0 kg (we charge the exact weight of each Target).
At a quantity of 5 pcs. you will get approx. 20 kg. This 20 kg Ag-material will be charged at the market price at date of delivery. After sputtering you send back the Targets together with mask material DDU Kahl.
Please send shipment to the attention of V. Elsesser or I. Rüffer. The weight of a completely sputtered Target is approx. 2.3 kg. This means you send back 5 Targets with together 11.5 kg. 95% of the recycled material will be put on your weight account, this means you get 10.925 kg Ag-material credited on your account.

Assuming you send us now another order of 5 pcs, we will charge this time: manufacturing cost (same as before)

• Silver weight of 9.075 kg (at actual market price at date of delivery), remaining 10.925 kg will be taken from your weight account.

Remarks:
This calculation is only related to our own materials
If you want to return other material we have to reduce further 3 % for costs for analyses.
