Directors' Dealings
With the coming into force of the Art. 15 a of the Securities Trading Act (Finanzmarktförderungsgesetz) on July 1, 2002, the members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG are obligated to disclose the purchase or sale of own shares under Art. 15 a of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz).
