Kahl am Main, September 21, 2006 – Mr. Klaus Hammen, CEO of the Executive Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, notified the Supervisory Board in its meeting today that he intends to accept a position in another company. The Supervisory Board met his request to discharge him of his responsibilities with regret and accepted his decision to leave on December 31, 2006.
From that date forward Stefan A. Baustert will assume Mr. Hammen´s responsibilities of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG. Since January 2003 the 50-year old has been Chief Financial Officer of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG with responsibility for the segments Finance, Investor Relations, IT, Controlling, Human Resources and Procurement.
