Dr. Christian Holtmann has resigned as CFO and board member of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG effective 31 December 2002. His departure, by mutual agreement, resulted from divergent strategics with regards to corporate development. Dr. Holtmann will pursue new opportunities, but will continue to work with the company in an advisor capacity.
