SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, the world's leading manufacturer of equipment and production lines for manufacturing optical data-storage media, has added a new member to its management board.
Dr. Christian Holtmann (42) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG effective 1 December, 2000. Dr. Holtmann, who brings with him extensive experience, particularly in the area of internal auditing, from the automotive-supplier industry, computer industry, and clothing industry, was most recently Chief Financial Officer of MSH International Service AG and managed its admission to trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's "Neuer Markt." Under his new role as SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES' Chief Financial Officer, he will be responsible for internal auditing, finance, investor relations, and personnel matters.
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES' expansion of its management board has strengthened its management team and represents yet another major step in its preparations for mastering the challenges of the future.
