Mr. Stefan A. Baustert (46), will be appointed to the Managing Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, Kahl am Main, effective January 15, 2003, to head Finance, Administration, and Human Resources as Chief Financial Officer.
After completing his studies at Saarland University, he attended Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Baustert began his career in Accounting and Finance at Thyssen AG. In 1994, he was appointed to the Managing Board in charge of Finance at Thyssen Telecom AG and, in 1997, assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at E-Plus.
