New CFO Dr. Erich Bischoff will be responsible for matters of Personnel, Finances and Administration. After having been in top controlling functions for companies like TUI and Porsche Dr. Bischoff´s previous position was CFO at Edscha AG.
On the same day, Dipl. Ing. Klaus Hammen will join the company as Technical Director being responsible for Engineering, Production and Material Management.
