The Board of Directors of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil R. Brokenshire as the new President and CEO of the USA daughter company SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. He has assumed his duties effective January 1, 2005.
At the same date John R. Marcantonio has been appointed as Chairman of the USA entity. The Board recognizes John’s contributions to the growth and success of the company and appreciates the leadership he has given to SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. over the years.
Neil Brokenshire, a professional engineer, has been employed by SINGULUS for two years and most recently was responsible for all West Coast Sales and Service activities while serving in the position of Vice President and General Manager West Coast. Prior to joining SINGULUS, Neil held several senior level positions inside the UNAXIS (Balzers and Leybold) company. "It is my intention to build on SINGULUS’ solid foundation and reputation as a global leader in the coatings business and to help guide the company into the next generation of growth."
