Kahl am Main, November 19, 2010 - Dr.-Ing. Anton Pawlakowitsch, member of the Executive Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and responsible for the divisions Technology and Research & Development, is leaving the Executive Board of the company as of today.
Dr.-Ing. Stefan Rinck, Chief Executive Officer of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, will be directly responsible for these divisions in the future. Accordingly, the Executive Board is reduced to two members.
