Seoul, Eindhoven, April 2010 – U-Tech, one of the top leading companies in Asia in disc manufacturing, has selected the DMS Evolution for their production facility in Korea.
Following the installation of the CrystalLine Blu-ray mastering system at U-Tech Taiwan, accepted in September 2009, a further expansion of U-Tech’s CD/DVD mastering capacity has been accomplished with the delivery and installation of a DMS Evolution at U-Tech Korea.
“We were very pleased by the professional way in which Singulus Mastering has handled this project”, says Mr. Lee, President of U-Tech Korea. “Within only a few weeks, the system was delivered, installed and in full commercial production. Also the fast reaction time and close communication with the Singulus’ Customer Support organization in the after sales activities, thereby working closely with the Korean representative of Singulus, Mr. S.J. Kang, has confirmed that we made the right decision with purchasing the DMS Evolution.”
The delivery to U-Tech is already the second finalized installation in Korea of a DMS Evolution in 2010, confirming that the system is still by far the most popular mastering platform for CD/DVD.
A next contract for a DMS Evolution is in place for installation in Japan, showing that the system continues to meet the high standards and demands from the top players in the Optical Disc market.
