Sao Paulo/Kahl, March 10, 2010 – Microservice, Brazil, the first producer of Optical Disc in South America and an innovative company that continually invests in new technology, decided in October 2009 to buy the SINGULUS system BLULINE II for its pre-recorded Blu-ray Disc production. Now the system has successfully passed its final acceptance test and all verifications. The future of prerecorded Blu-ray Disc in South America has started.

With over 70 Blu-ray productions systems in the market SINGULUS already became world market leader. The SINGULUS Blu-ray Disc production system BLULINE II is designed for the economical production of Blu-ray Discs (BD ROM Single Layer and Dual Layer (BD ROM SL/DL), according to the specifications issued by the BDA.

All production steps from molding, cooling, metallizing, wet-embossing, lacquering and UV curing to quality inspection are incorporated in the BLULINE II. Its functionality, speed and design again set a new benchmark for the industry.

Blu-ray production systems from SINGULUS are “3D ready” and a save investment for future disc production.
